I'm not an expert, and everyones body is different. With that said, I take it as a theraputic dose...weight loss, cut up, feel younger (LOL) I inject a very small dose 1.5 IU/day in the am Mon-Sat...one day off. Has worked great for me. If you take higher doses, you REALLY must monitor your insulin, and other Thyroid stimulating hormones.

Can you tell me how to measure hgh injections. I have the small insulin needles, but I have had a lot of water retension--A LOT! I was on 2 IU's a day for 5 days. NOT GOOD! Big bags under my eye, extreme swelling in hands, feet, face, everything. Can I take my dosage down to 1 IU and still get results?
