HGH and healing injuries

I am currently on HRT with 1.5iu's/d HGH. I had an arm surgically repaired about two years ago that still aches in the shoulder and tricep area when I work out. Would site injecting in these areas help aleviate some of this?

HGH is to be injected under the skin around the navel area.

You can use aas injections like the therapy called "prolotherapy" to help repair torn tissue. Remember though ... the pain will be greater initally and then healing will occur. I have done this a lot over many years and it works.
