if you look at PDR for SEROSTIM
gyno is listed as side,,but Ive ran HGH and never gyno problem

Yes this is true, although not very common. It is the same type of gyno that tren/deca causes (prolactin/progesterone), not completely sure there. Plus hgh makes EVERYTHING grow.
