hgh alone?

hgh alone? vets plz help out!

hi bros

a friend of mine who is a personal trainer told me that i shouldnt take hgh on its own and that its going to be a waste of money.

my goals are the following.... im 25 yo 6' 1'' 210 with 15-20%bf ... i wanna cut the fat and get leaner and also bigger and stronger (duhh) (i dont care much about getting RIPPED and huge i just want to gain more mass and a little leaner mainly strength)

the reason he told me i shouldnt be taking hgh at all is because of my current schedule... i train 3-4 times a week mainly cardio and calisthenics 1-1.5 hrs (i really dont have time for too much time for actual weights and the gym right now and can only go to the gym once a week twice if im lucky to hit the weights)

i was thinking about taking gh at 2ui 3-4x a week and igf 50mcg or so...

could someone with knowledge on the subject guide me in the write direction

thanks

Just isnt worth it if looking for muscle gains. Youll lean out but thats about it. Ive only done it on gear and i cant say it added any muscle. Just gave me a grainy healthier look to my skin.

...exactly...
- for your goals and age, u don't need HGH...u need diet, cardio, test, tren, t3 and trex w/ yes...IMO anyway...
-i've only done HGH w/ AS...lots of 'em...i think if u just did HGH for at least 4 or 5 months WITH good diet and cardio, u would see decreased BF, better skin, and just feel better. maybe slight water retention...

I got alot of water on 8ius. Didnt get the carpal thing going tho. ALways woke up with horn like lines in my forehead from sleeping. Had to put cream on my forehead at nite just to keep them away. Gh may have helped with wrinkles in other places but it was exacerbating the condition in my forehead if anything.

that's crazy u say that, i had same type of thing on HGH. my skin improved but i got deeper frown lines and horizontal lines on my forehead. i also was a beach goin', tan cravin' fool at the time. the lines definately subsided after awhile. the frown lines did not. in my wedding pics i look like a big jawed, wrinkle headed, frown lined handsome mofo...LOL.

Pay attention to what your goals are and what these different supplements do. But more specifically why are you looking at supplements when I'm goign to guess your diet & training haven't been given enough time yet. Supplements are ONLY just that - supplements - if your diet & training already suck, they aren't going to make the difference.

It sounds more like you just want to go on *something* and you are arguing your friend about it -- where in any GH description does it say it does any of the stuff you want to accomplish? And don't forget that GH is a hormone. GH, just like test, is at its highest natural production around young adulthood -- why would you try to self-medicate w/ an exogenous source when you should be letting your body do what it does best first?

And again back to the basics -- if your trainign doesn't support what your goals are, why do you think drugs will replace that?

Don't worry about drugs. Get your time, activities and goals aligned. Maybe now isnt' the time to be looking to get these goals going if your lifestyle doesn't support those goals right now. IF you are 15% bf then look primarily at your diet and optimize that if you can't do anythign w/ your training.

But don't just randomly look at drugs -- you should be able to figure out what GH is good for just by reading the descriptions you can find anywhere on the net.

Also why would you decide to do gh AND igf ----> essentially the same thing, no ? Meaning they are both part of the same sequence of chemical activities.

Basically I'm saying do alot of research and understand what it is you are both wanting to achieve and what is appropriate, all w/ the initial requirement that your LIFESTYLE SUPPORTS YOUR GOALS.,.,

Too many mixed views on igf for me. Response is individual with igf, where as gh is a sure thing in everyone.

He wanted to run both. That's like saying you want to "stack" 2 different types of gh in the same cycle, no?

Gh and Test is the shit. Ive heard t3 is necessary in some using gh

Your completely correct. Not much point to me either.

Back to my rant - it usually starts w/ "a guy at the gym told me this xxxx chemical would lean me out / tone me up /make my cock bigger / make all the girls love me / make me God" and then they find a way to get it & then go shoot / ingest it.

Sorry badby --- not specifically directed at you, but newbies start this way, they heard something from someone, got a hold of it, and then never bothered Googling it to find out anything. Its shit you are putting in your body. Its hormones. Its self-medicated hormone therapy. MAke damn sure you understand what is going on, and don't forget that ALL of it is still a SUPPLEMENT to a tight lifestyle that supports your goals. There's no way around that. Otherwise you are chemically forcing your body to do something yoru lifestyle doesn't support and you will rebound.

I'd have to say that igf when ran with gh is very synergistic (sp). I'm running both right now, ran the gh alone for one month and have been running it with the igf now for about 5 weeks and have put on 6 lbs and got considerably leaner too. I would check some of the the threads here and on other boards as many guys have found this to be a great combo to run.

Ive had excellent results at gh 3iu a day,3 to 6 months at atime igf1 80 mcg ed 6 weeks on 6 off t4 100mcg ed ,extra zinc extra taurine. sustanon 250 mg aweek. stats:235lbs,5'10"13.5% bf 46 yrs old.

I have also definetly gotten the best gains since my first cycle since I added IGF to my gh and aas cycle.Huge changes in body composition muscle maturity, lean gains and bf decreased and not even dieting or doing as much cardio as I normally do.Seems like I have been getting leaner with out the effort I normaly put in.I am getting ready to add t3 for the first time in my life to see how that goes. Then again I am 30 years old and have been training since the age of 13 so my situation is a little different than yours.I was 185 and 10% bf at 5'6" when I started and I am around 192 and lower than 10% bf now.
