I am about to begin using GH for the first time. I can get it legally, but the only brand I can get is Serostim (in either 4mg, 5mg, or 6mg vials). I was hoping anyone EXPERIENCED out there could offer their opinion on how to take it (which dose, for how long, in conjunction with what else, etc) as well as your opinion on Serostim as compared to other brands. Much Appreciated.

It doesn't matter which milligram amount you get. Just try to get as much from your doctor as possible while you can. I would start out using 4.5iu/day, which is 1/4 of a cc if you are using the 6mg. You could take half that amount and see results if you would just like to stock up on your supplies. If after 3 months you don't find yourself leaner or slightly more muscular you might want to consider increasing the dose to 6iu/day if the side effects haven't started bothering you. The general consensus is that the longer you can stay on the better results you will see. I have been on Serostim for more than a year and a half and it is good but I am also pretty young. I use it because I am a competitive bodybuilder. The older you are the more noticeable the changes to your body will be. - cbeaks

Most people will tell you if you can't run it for at least 3 months then don't even bother. Some see visible results much quicker but there are other things available to burn fat at a quicker pace. I personally am not having any side effects right now. My penis grew 4 inches and I had numb hands for about a month but I don't get numb hands any more and I have gone as high as 12iu/day. By the way I was kidding about the penis part. - cbeaks

i just finished my first 6 month Hgh cycle. i did 4IU five days a week and it did great. my BF went from 17% to 10% and my BW went from 219 to 229. i did nothing with it except antioxidants and multivit. strength gains were good and over feeling of wellbeing is great. seem to have lost five years of aging. im sure others have had much better results but i was doing it primarily for the antiaging and medical aspect and i was definitely satisfied with the results. has pretty severe CTS s/s but now already diminishing as of last weeks last IM

I run it for at least 6 months at a time. My dosage varies between 4-6I.U.s a day, and I always stack it with another AAS like test. Oh, and Mr. Medstudent, you had better delete your post. You are risking getting banned from the boards or arrested for an open source post. I understand that you only have 2 posts to your name, but that is no excuse for breaking the rules. You should have read them before you even made your first post.

Yeah i hear 3 months also for the results to be seen. but i have been on for 3 weeks at 4 iu 5 on 2 off and i am not the only one noticeing results. i have lowered my carbs and upped my fats. Not enough to go into ketosis though. I am learning to be very conscious of insulin spiking foods as i go on. and when i suspect a spike coming on tarantaraaaannn Glucorell is there. gonna start my clen on monday. I keep my heart rate up during workout so i get a good cardio going too. Abs are getting more defined.

Do you have HIV? The only way I thought you can get an RX for Serostim is if you have HIV. Maybe things are different outside of NYC and NY state. The Siazen you can get with a Rx without having HIV.

IMOP and many others, Sersotim is a shitty product. I would look into something else besides Serostim. Good Luck.

As of January 2003 the only way to get serostim is by being HIV positive. I know this is true in Texas and I believe everywhere else. - cbeaks

This must not be the case, as my friend just filled his perscription last week. No HIV, and he got it with a $25 copay!!!!! No bullshit -- maybe the Dr figured out a loophole, either way, I say the shit with my own eyes.
