ive just found the answer to my original question, ive been searching for hours on other sites.
1 more question if you dont mind answering.
i need to take 500 iu of hgc, my needle measurements are in ml, does anyone know how many ml 500 iu is?, how do i work it out?.

yes indeed 1/2 ml

it depends on what concentration your HCG is, mine is 1500iu/ml now if you take out 1/2 a ml, that is 750 iu, more then what you want!
