Hello Brad,
As a fairly new guy also, if I could give advise it would be to read, read, and then when your finished reading, reread everything. Pay close attention to the "stickies" at the beginning of the discussion forum. Macro, Mr.X and others have put together the basic do's and don'ts, pay close attention to them.
The women on here have excellent information, listen to what they have to say, it's solid info. This isn't their first rodeo, they're great listeners too.
