In my office there a few chicks who welcomed me in the morning with a "Hi antares!"

Then 10 minutes I usually meet them again around the coffee machine
This time it's "Hey!", "Hi!" or "Hey antares"

OK

Later on, still before noon, it happens that I go by their cubicle
"Hey!"

Hmm!?

and at the end of the day chances are we've exchanged a dozen "Hey!" or "Hi!"

Is it purely a canuck stuff or do u do the same ceremony down south?
