Get your ass to the gym. Ijust got back and I was up to 3 am last night. I just trained my chest, shoulders, tris, calves and abs. Get on the ball.

yeah, we got that shit too here. New England is so fucking Puritan. Pennsylvania is worse though. No beer in gas stations or grocery stores. What a fucking hassle. Quaker fucks.

only 10pm?? Our liquor store is open till midnight everynight. It's also the closest liquor store to the ghetto so that's probably a big reason :p

it's not too bad here. liquer store open til 9, have a beer distributor right down the road.

gas station beer is always cheap shitty stuff and over priced anyway.
 
ok guys, back to the matter at hand....

I did go to the gym. I did do 35 minutes of intervals on the geigh StairStepper. I did read about sex in the Glamour magazine.

Also, dont hijack my thread. I wil smash you in the face with a barbell. (From Zero told me to say that)

orb, i didnt have time to lift today. I had to get to work. Plus, Ive been in the gym everyday for the last 6 days. I only lift 4 days a week. Plus, Im not a bodybuilder ;)
