I'm back to where it all began, awhile ago I was a meager vulture of information what is sometimes refered to as a lurker. I put my time in learned, taught, and appreciated. I had some problems with another board so I'm here to offer what knowledge I have aquired back to the people. I consider myself well versed in weight lifiting theory, basic and advanced cycling, and makin da tren. After awhile someone here will figure out who I am, I just don't want to get caught talkin shit just yet. hahah.
