Hey Satch -Primo Question

10 weeks at a gram a week, or 12 weeks at 800mg a week?

Which would yeild better results? I am also going to run 60mg of var the last 8 weeks of either.

it just sounds so cool to say you're doing a gram a week! so there's my unscientific answer for you!

also, it's going to be different for different people/phenotypes of course...
 
I did 600mgs of primo. Had good results. I would run 800mgs for 12 weeks a gram seems like over kill although Satch and Indy have both done it. I would take either some test or proviron I found that at 600mgs alone can be a little suppressive. just my 2 cents.
 
I am pointing myself in the direction of only doing Primo and Var in the future. No sides and easy recovery.

Stuff is pricey, but If I can get 10lbs solid and keepable each run without the other concerns that some other gears give you, it is worth it to me. After my current cycle I am going to run an excellent PCT and the wait for about a month post PCT. I will get blood work done to check EVERYTHING and see where I am at. If all is normal, I will give the Primo/Var run a shot and if I like it, I will most likely stay with it... Maybe some proviron.

to be honest, 800mg or 1000mg will have very similiar results..
me... id run 1000mg a week for 10 weeks.

dont forget the proviron at 50mg a day.

as chris mentioned, adding test is an option..
although i personally would not add it...

my last 1000mg primo run i gained mass while losing fat..
no reason why you cant add 10 pounds of muscle..
in fact, i can guarantee that you will!

Hey Satch, if you think the two doses would yield similar results, why would you personally choose the higher dose for the shorter period? I plan on doing the same cycle come november so I'm interested to hear your thoughts.

well bro..
most users report that after 10 weeks, gains slow or completely stop.
so a 10 week cycle is ideal.

however, if in previous cycles youve made gains after week 10, then perhaps your body reacts differentnly to gear.. in which case you should probably consider a 12 or 16 week cycle.

there are a few factors to consider here:

1) do you wanna run a 10 weeker or longer.
2) what your budget is looking like

what i CAN tell you is that you wont get any crazy sides like with test or tren... the gains on primo are rather slow but permenant.. and thats the beauty of it.

10 pounds of lean muscle is quite easily doable..
in fact, you should be able to gain more at 1000mg a week.

and the special properties of primo allow you to make gains even on a low calorie diet... which makes primo ideal for either CLEAN bulking, or cutting.

Week 3-10 Anavar 60mg ED

Simple Nolva PCT should do the trick right?

No need to repeat what Satch said, but for me, after 7 weeks the gains start slowing down, so 10 weeks is what I found to be optimum in duration, I also keep it at 1gram during that time, cycle before was 800mg, difference was slight but none the less noticeable !!! I also like to run var starting from day one of the cycle to help kick start it vs. taking at the end, and I took 50mg Proviron ED just as Satch did vs. adding any test that would arimotase. What you end up with is lean gains, rock hard look, no water bloat, no high bp, only slightly elevated lipid levels, gains you can keep and maintain, higher anabolic activity on a lower calorie diet, and a smaller bank account but well worth is cause of the side free cycle.
 
what would your ideal cycle be for primo only for a 'first cycle' .. i've done like 6 shots of eq before but quit just because i thought i should invest more time into dieting etc.. so now that i'm doing all this well i'm thinking of hitting primo only.. so satch and indy.. if you were starting out with your first cycle.. you weighed 225 6'1 11 bf.. what dosage of primo would you hit up and stacked with what?.. thanks in advance and sorry for robbing this thread..

Minimum, 600-800mg/week for 10 weeks, would stack with 60mg/day var as first cycle, if I had the funds.

i might do it.. if i spent over a grand on a cycle and gained 10 lbm while losing bf.. i'd be stoked..
 
gonna chime in here because my question in another thread didn't get answered...

how about winny instead of the var? too harsh? still planning on the prov though.
 
i can understand $1000 being a shitload of money to spend on a cycle..
but i also many SO many that would spend 10's of thousands IF NOT MORE for 10 pounds of lean muscle..

dont think 10 pounds of lean muscle is a walk in the park...

I've done that easily with winny. The one and ONLY thing that attracts me to primo is no high BP. because of heredity i have high bp and i really dont want it to get bad. personally i dont think i'd ever run anything more than test deca dbol winny (i;ve always stuck to these 4)---might try tren in the future.But like i said the only reason i would do primo is because of no high bp.
