did you start taking that b-12 you had yet? any good? I wanna know because I just got a bottle of the same stuff you have.

No, I have not started the B-12 yet. It is actually called Vitamin B Complex. There is only 5.0 mcg of B-12 in it. I was told by Weam that it is a very low dose. I have to get more information on it before I take it, or I might just get something different.
