How long does it stay in your system after you take it?

The bottle states take it in 3 even doses throughout the day, but does it have more or less of an effect if you were taking 6 pills to spread it over 6 meals?

3doses should be fine.

PA has said that dividing the doses too much can also decrease the dosage because taking more at once increases the peak concentrations. He theorizes that most of the anabolic effects come when concentrations are above a certain threshold; when you only take one at a tiem the time spent above that threshold may be less than taking 3 doses of 2 pills each.
