I realize this would be one of the last things on your mind while sick,but are you any bit concerned about being "addicted"somewhat to oxy's when your feeling better?What did your doc have to say about it?

i only take them when it is absolutely nessacary, and i am currently not dependent upon them. the doctors said to not use them in a continuous fashion because of there highly addictive qualities. I try to stick to good old naproxen sodium.

i do however feel like shit the next day after using them but i manage just fine...cant be anyworse then the chemo.

yea i would say its a hungover feeling, drained more or less.

naproxen is an OTC anti-inflammatory/pain reliever....seems to help me out for the minor aches and pains

I can't stand them. I was given a full prescription for them when I hurt my ankle about 2 years ago and I've never felt more drugged than I did when I took them. I'd go for Advil/Aleve any day.
