Hey Mr.X,

Been taking your advice and seems to be working. Iam getting tighter everyday. Dropped my carbs to 2 servings of oatmeal in the morning before training and 1 yam after training. Upped my protein and Flaxseed Oil.

How late should I be taking FLAXSEED OIL?

I have another question:

You wrote the following:

"Until 1/2 week before the show where you would use a moderate carb load w/ diuretics."

What type of diuretics should I take and what would you recomend as far as how many grams of carbs I should load up on?

I know everyone is different but a suggestion from you would be great. Never have done it this way so I am a little lost.

I would say even before bed is fine, as long as you're not mixing high-gi carbs w/ it you'll be fine

Diuretics: (legal ones, the other kind you can email me about)
Glycerol
Vit C
Coffee
dandelion root
ginger root
pottasium
lemon water of course
and WATER!

I would say 2 days before the show: for example in the show is on sat, you would start on thursday....you can start a low-GI carb-up, slowly filling you out and taking away the risk of overspill (sub dermal water)...
How many grams of carbs depends on your stats, which I do not recall...
the foods I would recommend for a low-gi carb up: yams/sweet potatoes (probably the best IMO) some brown rice is good, oatmeal is too fiberous so I generall save that for dieting instead of for the carb up. So, 2 days before (ex: thur) you're going to do low-gi and one day before you'll do low-gi, then you can test your blood sugar to see the mg/dl measurement if we can get you up to 80, then we have room for high-gi carbs

I would of course, cycle my water intake and increase all multi-vit/min.

212.lbS
about 5-6%body fat
38years old if that helps any :D

Should I be sticking to what carbs I am eating now or should I go lower?

I would say you need to have about 30 g carbs per meal for 6 meals on day 1, and 50g carb per meal for 6 meals on day 2...on sat morning eat some high-hi carb like bannana w/ some pancakes

Hey Mr.x,

Thanks for helping me out. What you suggested with lower my carbs is really started to show it's effects.

So I will take your advice and try carb loading that why.

Can you do me a big favor and break this down for me: example when I should start taking what you suggested below.

How would you recommend me cycling my water? Do you mean adding just plain old lemon juice to my water?

Don't mean to sound dumb for asking so many question but I want to make sure I am doing it righ

My show is on Dec 7th if that helps any!

I can prep you over email daily...but here it goes....

EXAMPLE: the show is on saturday

on mon you start taking in 5g VIT C ed
add 2 tbsp. glycerol in AM and PM
drink 4 gallons of water
-follow this until wed
WED: (assuming you start the carb up)
take Glycerol 3 times a day
500mg potassium
10g VIT C
5 gallons of water
Thur:
10g vit C
1000mg potassium
3 tbsp. glycerol
1 gallon of water
Fri:
20g vit C
1000mg potassium
3tbsp. glycerol
just sip water if need be
dandeleon root

Sat (day of show):
no water
just some lemon
and start the show baby

If I understand you correct you want me to only sip water on Friday?

you can carbload starting thursday, but I'm not sure how empty your stores might be, better safe then sorry, just start on thursday

You are the best .... thanks for all your help I will let you know what happens.

My abs are almost there just at the very bottom have a little skin trying to tighten it up with P-H

dandelion root is everyday starting on Monday and including Friday and nothing on Saturday. How much do you recommend 1000mg?
