After the return of a banned member (under a new name of course)do you ever let them hang around to see if they have reformed?Or once you see the old IP address,do you always ban them again immediatelly?

If a member was banned and reregistered, came back to the site and BEHAVED then how why would a mod even bother to check thier IP?

George's rule is simple. Once banned, always banned. It is a rule we have followed with few exceptions.
For the record, you guys bash on Wodin too much. Many times when you think its Wodin that locked a thread, or moved it, or caught a banned member, it wasnt even him.

Seems to me that banned members usually have a way of drawing attention to themselves that gets them banned again.
In any case, I think there's at least one banned member on the boards again.

Relax sermon.... the question was very legit.
But it never ceases to amaze me that once a member is banned they keep SOMEHOW getting banned again. One would think that after the 3rd or 4th time they would get a hint.
