You train DC, right? But dont you also train alone?

How does that work for you? Does it limit some of the movements you do, or do you just ask someone who's around for an occasional spot?
 
I do train alone, but if I am performing a heavy pressing movement, I will ask for a spot in case I fail. I always use heavy weights so it is important to train safe. Of course, I never need a spot on deads, rows, or good mornings.

Overall, I know my limits so I know which weights to use.
 
Yea.. that is my biggest fear, doing heavy rest pause sets on incline bench.... ewww... that could get ugly if you lost it and had to drop it on yourself
