Hey I don't know if you remember me but I joined awhile ago looking for working out help. I've tightened up my diet and up my cardio in the morning and I have lost 3 lbs in about two weeks and I am very happy with the progress. You girls really have a lot of helpful information. Thanks for all your help :)

Your progress may be even better than YOU think, as the scale can sometimes be misleading :)

You may wanna track your measurements with a tape measure, body fat (caliper) test etc... Also judge how you feel, how your clothes fit...

Great job! Tight diet works wonders :rose:
