I got my blood tests tomorrow am, but I'm betting things havent changed that much..........load volume is still down although I do feel slightly better, more of an appetite, making so gains, etc............question - if I'm higher (test) than I was previously, think I could hit my next cycle and run a full blown PCT at the end????

Was there an increase in testicular volume, size of your testes? What you are experiencing isn't out of the ordinary and is far more common that you might think. The problem is that most people don't talk about it when it happens to them. This is a long process in you are sincerely interested in getting things back to normal. It seems like you have a lot on your mind constantly by the context of your posts in general. Also, it doesn't seem like you have any plans on discontinuing AAS usage anytime soon. You may want to consider HRT as this actually may be the most appropriate route of treatment for your life style and habbits both present and future.

My "size" is back to normal, just my "volume" is still way low but I really think it has to do with my diet.........I was just pondering the idea of a small dbol/test cycle and then a really solid pct.....would that be ok? Just want to have kids and don't weant to be Mr.Impotent........

If this is the case, you test results should still display impaired FSH production. The first option is to be treated for this condition. You will need to see a doctor for this as the treatment will require HMG or rFSH. The second option is to leave it as is and then go through previously mentioned treatment when you are trying to have children.
