What the hell is up with all the dieting???????? How depressing.....that comes in spring.....who's in the bulking club?
 
Not anyone I'm currently dealing with, everyone wants to get ripped for summer and shed those holiday pounds.

shitttttt...........if it takes more than 8 weeks to shed em, something is wrong = i.e. should NEVER have been slamming those xmas cookies or it was an extremely unclean bulk.....15lb over maintenance s/b the MAX.........
 
i'm with ya jkurz - been cleanly bulking for a while now, and will continue untill around march.

then i will cut very slowly.
 
yep - i'm still bulking until march too, although i'm soooo ready to start dieting. i'm getting sick of eating.
 
Boy, maybe I'm not eating enough.........3 meals and 3 shakes....what are you currently chowing on daily? I've even tried to smoke to increase appetite...did zilch for me.......
 
I have been eating around 3,300 calories a day. I am 6'3 195 at the moment so that would put my bmr around 2,600, right?

I eat about.........8 times a day. It's been fun as hell :)

The biggest meal is the 2nd one of the day, it's a shake that i make in my blender which comes out to around 1,000 healthy calories.

Us fat asses gotta keep this up year round.

Can't wait until I'm on a maintenace diet and do bulking and cutting cycles.
 
meal 1 - 3 slices turkey on whole wheat bread, small peice cheese

meal 2 - the monster ass shake - 2 cups skim milk, 2 servings ANPB, 1/2 cup oats, 1 banana, 1 tbsp cocoa, 1 scoop (28g) whey protein

meal 3 - 2 small chicken breasts, 1 cup veggies

meal 4 - 2 small chicken breasts, 1/2 cup brown rice

meal 5 - 1 eye of round steak

snack - 1 scoop whey protein

snack - 1 serving triscuits w/ 2 servings hummus.

meal 6 - 4 whole eggs, 1/2 cup shredded cheese, 2 peices turkey

snack before bed - 1 scoop whey and some flax oil - sometimes some anpb.
 
Damn bro - Couldnt handle that much food.....not now anyways....I go 3 meals 3 shakes....gotta have something solid before bed...peanuts and a shake, toss in so veggie sticks.....good to go.....
