Hey everyone,

It's been a few years since I've posted but I thought I'd get active again and see if I can help out. I'm on HRT and have been for 8 years or so since my mid-30s. I was a competitive bodybuilder in my 20s and won a number of shows in the midwest. I had some side effects but have worked through all that pretty well, though it took a while. I'm using a compounded test cream and a low dose of arimidex and my levels are good and I feel great.

I hope I can help some people as I was helped on this board over the years.

Welcome back. Bio-identical is the healthy way. As is adex. A little HGH??

I'm on test cream, 200 mg/ml, 1cc morning and night. 1/2 Adex 2x per week. Test level is around 800. I've tried it all, the gel doesn't get your levels high enough and the cream is just easier than injections and supposedly better for you. It also creates less water retention and I can use less Adex.
