Hello Folks!
Its been a while! I hope everyone is performing well in their training! I haven't been posting because I have been really busy with writing a thesis and performing a job seach.
Anyway, training is going really well!
Still following the one on one off program.
Characteristics include low volume, basic movements, and cycling intensity.
Believe it or not, I have been hitting a lot of cardio. . .about 1 hour a session. I typically lose 2lbs-3lbs of water per session. I gotta to stay in shape and keep the heart healthy. My goal is not weight loss. . . I am eating and drinking way too much for this to happen!
