Hello Folks!

Its been a while! I hope everyone is performing well in their training! I haven't been posting because I have been really busy with writing a thesis and performing a job seach.

Anyway, training is going really well!

Still following the one on one off program.

Characteristics include low volume, basic movements, and cycling intensity.

Believe it or not, I have been hitting a lot of cardio. . .about 1 hour a session. I typically lose 2lbs-3lbs of water per session. I gotta to stay in shape and keep the heart healthy. My goal is not weight loss. . . I am eating and drinking way too much for this to happen!:D

Anyway, I hope everything is going well for you trainers!

I had an intense cardio session tonight. . .

I ordered a large pizza. . . and I am drinking Coke and tons of water. lol

Beer does sound good lol.
 
Nice to hear from you brother. I'm having a nice 40oz. Miller Lite right now, so don't feel like you're the only one cheating! And I'm dieting too.

Writing is tough. . .especially the damn literature review. I have a deadline for turning in 3 chapters of material in on Monday.

I will be working hard this weekend.

I will take 2.5 hours off tomorrow to watch the Oklahoma Sooners throw down with Bama:fro:

Thanks guys and gals. . .

The next few months will be interesting. . .finishing up school and possible relocation for a job. No matter what happens, it won't affect my training or big eating lol.
