The Cardinals pitching staff was vastly outmanned, especially with the loss of their best pitcher. The same was true for the Yankees pitching staff.

You definitely have to tip your hat to the Sox. Schilling, Pedro and Lowe pitched three amazing games, and their bats certainly didn't dissappoint.
