What's up guys! My job is going AWESOME... my boss is one cool Nizzo. It's property tax guys... here's a basic run down of what I do.

We get a lower assessment for your property, then you pay less taxes because of it. Pretty simple. If anyone here knows someone who owns any commercial/industrial/ or residental rental property ... have them get in touch with me at [email protected] -- I'd love to help them out and get their property taxes lowered... Cook County taxes are a BITCH!

Ok guys... beyond that, everything is looking good. The woman is doing awesome, I'm moving in with her in May... things are looking well friends.

More so than that... are you fully utilizing my HB for the Chicago Bears... he is modeled after me and has a rating of 90. In his rookie season he amounted Over 3000 yards rushing and 60+ TD's... he was rookie of the year, offensive player of the year, MVP and Super Bowl MVP. My defensive Left End was Defensive Rookie of the year, and Defensive player of the year... YEs, the bears kicked ass... and for the price you get both of their contracts PAYED OUT!!! WHAT A BARGAIN!!! LOL

Property tax... no litigation... only hearings are administrative... means you are one on one with the "reveiw board guy"... you present your case, and he decides... it is not adversarial... so no other lawyer arguing with you, no witnesses, just you, the board guy, and my mutha fuckin guns waxin' people on the floor.... LOL
