Hey guys need a little advice.

hello so first of all my name is Adam iam 25 years old. I run a first cycle year ago for a test it was methan and stanozol with pct clomid salbutamol + tamoxifen. it was 12 weeks cycle.

I didnt want to get weight i just wanted to make a change which was i think succesfull maybe not so much but i was ok with that.

Now iam on 97kilograms and i want to cut more fat from my body but now iam on T3 + clenbuterol 3rd week i lose 7kgs from 104 to 97. I will run this for 3 more weeks.

Then i want to run a new cycle with some good steroids. So if you know some good mats and cycle which will be good for this please tell me.
The goal is to lose more fat and gain some strength and muscle.

If you want to ask or give some advice or anything just tell me.

bro from your picture you are no where near ready for steroids.

the t3/clen stack you are running is gonna help you out temporarily but guess what happens when you come off of them? yup you will reverse everything and end up worse plus you will deal with horrible sides. not smart at all.

need to spend atleast 3 or 4 years in the gym and fix your diet before you even think about steroids
 
Adam my friend, you have no business with steroids, you're just hurting your body and your health. How about you get on the Anabolic diet with HCGenerate? you'll get the same results with less sides.
 
Kudos for having the guts to post a pic but I have to agree with the others. Looking at your pic I would never have guessed you even work out let alone have a cycle under your belt. Your young and unless your pursuing a sport where juicing is necessary for you to be competitive then you time will best be served by focusing on your training and diet. Take advantage of your youth and your natural rapid healing, recovery and metabolism.

What does your workout and diet look like?

okay so based on your pic i would peg you at 20%.. let me make this simple for you

commit to 4X a week 1 hour a day in the gym weight training.. the 3 other days at minimum do some sort of exercise.. i don't care what it is.. it could be walking your dog, jogging, swimming.. whatever.. just get off your ass and do it just like the nike commercial.

also your diet needs a lot of work. you are not eating correctly.. whole foods are good, processed foods are bad. lets start there and move in the right direction. veggies are crucial especially in your case.

you ran a cycle a year ago and you got zilch out of it. if you run another one guess what will happen? yup NOTHING. those that always argue this are usually jocks with great genetics who can get away with poor diet and half ass training. for the rest of us yes you gotta shed blood and sweat if you want to make it.

set a goal to drop down to under 15% body fat and go do it

Year ago i just tryed it and thats all, and now i got a thought i could try somethin but you make me sure i dont need it.

First of all, after that i just failed and was eating shits and did nothing for myself. You are right.

One month i trying again and i hope i will stick with that..

My training looks somethink like that tuesday,wednesday,saturday is weight training, legs are alone, chest+biceps+triceps, and back + shoulders. My work is based on i can call it " little cardio " every sunday i swim, for 2 hours.

My diet looks somethink like this, breakfest is milk with protein 50%. Some white joghurts after that, vegetable, rice + chicken meat, sometimes makarons + tuna,some dark bread + ham without fat, protein 90 %. And night protein 70%, its like what i eat every day not in this separation. I try to eat every 2-3 hours.
I got some amino, vitamins and so..

My goal is to go at 90kgs and then stick with it and train..

Tell me whats bad and what i need to improve please i will be greatfull :-)
 
yeah bro also i didn't even see it mentioned but i dunno who told you to run t3 and clen together off cycle. pretty much you are gonna piss away every shred of the little muscle mass you have doing that. basically you are screwing yourself up from top to bottom. first thing you need to do is stop taking both drugs, better yet flush them both down the toilet and never touch either again.

PM me bro you are gonna need an entire diet and training set up. but please don't waste my time unless you are serious cause its not fair to others who really want help .
 
pretty much agree with everything being said..
You're close to 25%bf, completely out of shape with no muscle mass and you want to run steroids? lay off everything and listen to what these guys are saying.. When you go off the drugs you will get even fatter than you are, do yourself a big favor and stop everything and start learning about nutrition and how to workout properly.
My advice is train for a minimum of 2 more years, get that bf down to 12-15%, learn about nutrition then do a mild cycle if you desire.

Im saying this for your own good, if you dont want to listen thats your business, we're here to help you out.

Guys is pct needed with stanozol only one cycle? And how badly will my body affect of i drink one or two beers during that?

It depends on who you ask; I would be very careful with alcohol using winny (stanzolol) as your liver is already functioning on all cylinders. However, I don't think "one or two beers" in PCT would hurt.

As for your other issue, I agree with what everyone is saying above. Get in shape first, and then start looking at cycles. You might also look into SARMS which are a nice supplement for steroids. I get all of mine at www.Sarmssearch.com , best quality and purity on the market.
