I am a bodybuilder, and all that comes with that,
5 day splits, year round clean diet, 300p/75c blah blah....
as for AS I am currently on a cycle blah blah....
BTW my stats are 5'8" 170lbs 13%bf
On a more personal note, i'm an east coast girl with 2 rockin little boys, an american bulldog that's ripped and my better half is the best training partner i've ever had, and the best ahemm, err, well hence my screen name, lol!!
As I said before, I belong to another board and I have learned alot along the way. I anticipate I will here too, as well as share what I know or have experienced. Whichever fitness venue you choose these days, we stand out as a rare breed in this country or wherever, which makes these sites so great to belong to.
