hey bro i wanted to know what you think of this since you know alot about inositol. I need inositol for my anxieties and obseesive compulsive disorder...but the thing is that i seem to be allergic to any sort of vitamin B. Im allergic to the vitamin B6 in zma and in other products and i seem to be allergic to inositol. Thats why everytime i take it...my face gets very flushed and i immediately begin retaining water and get scratchy. So wat i wanted to know is if there is something that i could take along with the inositol to help with the allergies that i get from it. Do you have any ideas what i could do bro???

Vitamins are essential nutrients,so how could you be allergic to it?
Maybe you are just sensitive to excessive amounts.Niacin causes everyone to flush...it's not the same as allergy.

Vitamins are derived from different sources. I'd investigate that, as opposed to the B vitamin itself as the culprit for causing you problems.

Only just seen this. Try IP6 (natural form of inositol) instead.. or lessen the dose of inositol and add 5HTP....
