Hi everybody, im a newbie around here.. hehe my friend told me about this site, and it turned out to be a GREAT SITE!! this site is acually actieve, unlike other sites that no updates are ever made !!
wellp some info on me:
16 years old
5'9"
210 LBS
28% BF
Bench: 210(max)
Squat: 300(max)


i just signe dup for the hym, and iv been going like everyday for the past 4 days and i LOVE IT. I lift for 3 - 4 hours straight.
right now im VERY sore since i just got back, so ill end my post right ............| here |

Not to bust your balls...
But if your lifting 3-4 hours a day... You are most definitely over training....
Quality over quantity my friend ;)

you sound like me when i was 16. i could workout for hours. but you really dont need to though. if i were you sinse your 16 and cant really experience night life yet bulk like heeeeeeeeelllllll try to shoot for 5000 calories a day or more dont worry about getting fat this is your prime time to grow right now. then when u hit about 18 cut up for a month the hit the clubs and get all the big booty hoes
