I am a newbie here, iam taufeedawg,and wanted to just come in and introduce myself and to also see what ind of help I can get in my qwest of gainning mass. I am woundeing what kind of things can take to help me make my work out more effective. So if you all have ideas, that would be cool if you shared them with me. Thanks

Iam about 6 foot 3 and about 186 lbs. Part of what Iam trying to do is to loose some of that waight and then start on gaining mass and more muscle. Do you have any ideas of what I may be able to do?
 
6'3 186 lbs and u wanna loose some weight first.... How about u concentrate on putting some mass first and when u get over 200 keep gaining some mass and when u reach 225 maybe then u should consider loosing anythin...

I'd have to agree. 6'3 @ 186 is like a toothpick. A lot of bros will probably just tell you to eat a ton of clean foods and hit the weights hard. Thats pretty good advice right there.

Get your calorie intake up, clean food though, and you'll start putting on mass. You may want to read some of the diet/nutrition as well as the training forum to help.

the problem that i have is "thunder thies". how do I make that fat in the legs become muscle?
 
fat doesnt "turn into" muscle, just like muscle doesnt turn into fat.

You need to replace that fat with muscle by eating right and SQUATTING!
