Hey all, i was just curious how did you guys get into a routine with working out, work, everyday life, etc... I use to work out everyday mon-fri but then I had a part time job now that I got a fulltime its a bitch to get back in the routine, any comments would help thanks bro's. Also if you work ft how in the hell do you eat healthy?

Just force yourself to make it into the gym for a while until it becomes a pattern. That will make it easier to get into the swing of full time work and working out. Also just take food to work with you unless your not allowed to for some reason. MRP's and bars are good for quick snacks during the day.

Cheers,
Scotsman

Man, if you need some inspiration, go read GaryWary's post on cancer... if you need more inspiration than that, then all the posts on this board won't help you...

yeah i would take xenadrine spiderbaby but I took way to much of hydroxy so now I don't have any effect however when I take it like everyother week I am good to go, thanks and garywary's post is no doubt good and so is this whole board however just a little more info won't hurt.

If you don't do it, you won't be physically superior to the general public. You won't get any complements, you won't get as much attention from the oppposite sex, and if you already have a gf/wife, she won't be complementing you on your body. Do you want to be average?

I take a cooler with ice to work with me and it has my own pitcher of water, a glass, and a spoon. I take a couple of meal replacements with me, and my protein in ziplock bags, and mix 'em up there. Takes a whole couple of minutes each time.

Just fucking doit because your a man and men dont whine and cry when they have to do something that is physically straining.

Go look at yourself in the mirror and say " I cannot workout because it is too hard and I am incapable of dealing with it"

.... Thats what I thought...

hope that helped.

my training partner has gone from 370lb down to 280 and he runs 3 miles a day beside me on the treadmill and he does it every day... when i think about giving up i just think about how much farther he has to go and how much he has done already and it puts it all in persepective.
