I did hamstrings this morning at 11AM. 16 sets
I go back tonight at 9PM to do a light back workout and tan.
(never really train back hard, only about 7-9 sets)
Tomorrow is chest AM
nothing PM
Thursday AM is triceps/biceps supersets together about 17-20 total sets
Thursday PM is delt workout like in my sig, but without presses (and tan)
Friday is quads AM, and I usually do 5 sets of one exercise 20 reps per sets for hamstrings here too.
Sat and Sun, nothing but going to nude beach
Monday start over again.
Though on Sat / Sun if it rains or I don't feel like the beach at times I will go in and do some light arm work.
