please disclose all medications, obtained legal or not, supplements, and herbal products. There is a possibility of complications with coagulation( elevated or decreased PT, PTT, APTT, increased half life of anesthetic(depending on metabolic pathway of agents used, some are volatile liquids, some IV ,some gas, the list can go on....yet reversal agents are used as well)this risk is even greater because you have no way of knowing what type of steroids you are putting in your body(and if the product does actually contain anabolic steroids and not a mixture of corticosteroids/anabolic steroids or other things which has been noted by HPLC, GC, MS etc... the steroid black market is a dirty industry and people will do what it takes to make a profit with no regard to someones health.....period. Of course if you posted this message on the anabolic forum you might get a different response from some members who had surgery while taking steroids who did not encounter any complications during or post op. I do not consider myself a reliable source regarding the science behind anesthesia in any way, shape, or form ,if you are scheduled to have surgery discuss this with the anesthesiologist.
