Here's what I've got...Now what?

Alright guys, I need some advice. I've got 80 IP winny tabs, a bottle of Ttokyo deca, about 30 tabs stenox and 5000IU HCG. Yeah, I know it's a fucked-up combination, but it's what I've got. What should I do? I've seen alot lately about the perils of deca woth propecia, so I'm kinda leary about the deca altogether (I take propecia). Will I get anywhere with just the winny followed by the stenox, or should I just blow off the propecia for a while and take winny and deca? I know everyone will tell me to add other things to this, but this is what I have, so is any kind of decent cycle possible with this, or do I need to just wait until I can augment with others? read the board alot more, get anabolics 2000, war, etc...
