Here's my plan

i have been debating what to do and have decided to keep training to gain size not cut. I just started Ricanx workout, its a good workout i like it, so thanks to him and to the creators of the workout:
BiggT, Sarge, Enigma4dub and ZGzaZ
i am going to run sprints and play basketball twice a week while eating good. im not going on a full diet but i am going to eat good and make sure i have 6 good meals and stay away from junk.
my question is how many sprints should i do and how many times a week?
and will i still be able to gain muscle if im running alot? and really dont want to lose any.

6'1 210 now was 215 but with eating good and doing some cardio got to 210 in 2 weeks.
ultiamte goal is 220 with low bf not real low, by aug. will i be able to do it?

Just to give credit where credit is due...the workout was made by BiggT, Sarge, Enigma4dub and I. Gl though.

10 mins of sprints 2x a week should be fine, it's the b-ball thats gonna get to ya doing this much volume.
 
ALright thanks, so should i only play once a week? because i was gonna use it as cardio, so i was eaither gonna play once or twice a week with sprints. so sprint twice a week and basketball once should be good.
 
I think that would be fine, you may have a harder time increasing weights from week to week, but if you have to get your cardio fix in, go for it.

its not really a cardio fix, i just want to be in shape for football in august

Well, if its relative to your position then yea, go for it. But, remember, youre not going to gain as much strength while doing that much cardio. And, if gaining some muscle is your goal, just make sure you eat your ass off. Gl bro, drop me a line in my log and let me know how it goes.
