i have been debating what to do and have decided to keep training to gain size not cut. I just started Ricanx workout, its a good workout i like it, so thanks to him and to the creators of the workout:

i am going to run sprints and play basketball twice a week while eating good. im not going on a full diet but i am going to eat good and make sure i have 6 good meals and stay away from junk.
my question is how many sprints should i do and how many times a week?
and will i still be able to gain muscle if im running alot? and really dont want to lose any.
6'1 210 now was 215 but with eating good and doing some cardio got to 210 in 2 weeks.
ultiamte goal is 220 with low bf not real low, by aug. will i be able to do it?
