My friend's computer does have the latest Internet Explorer... 6.0 I believe. Plus I even made him download that patch or file... which did nothing. Any other suggestions?

What internet service does your friend use? Aol was giving me a problem so what I had to do was log on with AOL, collapse the AOL window and click on Explorer and enter elite mail through the explorer window. Not sure why I couldn't enter through AOL's window, but that's how I had to do it. Later

He has a DSL line, so I just went on Internet Explorer. I also tried AOL's browser and neither one of them worked. I'm all frusterated now.
