here's how i rate my workouts...

bad - the workout wasnt good. more of these and i may as well give up bodybuilding alltogether.

average - the workout was average at best. i'm not here to maintain size.

good - the workout was satisfactory. aint gonna reach my genetic potential like this but a good workout nonetheless.

exellent - gimme more of these and i'll be one huge motha!

the ultimate - never had a better workout! watch out ronnie!
 
Here is how I rate mine:

bad - I pay more attention to the girls than to the weights. Oh well, I scored the telephone numbers of 3 girls

average - At least I will maintain my size

good - I leave a trace of sweat on the floors and equipment. People slip and fall.

excellent - I puke out my left kidney, my shins are bleeding from deadlifts.

ultimate - I never give my workouts an "A".
