been training for a few years - have issues losing body fat and muscle, the shots here are over the last few months, going to push on now for the next 6 weeks and try and get to single digit body fat. Have recently moved house, gym etc so the last few months progress ahs been slower then I woul have liked. Natural (except some dodgy pro-hormones so far)

6ftish 180lbs ish, aim to have abs, and be lean and strong, not looking for enourmous size just quality!! any opinions welcome

p.s sorry for the awful pictures its the best I could do.
 
looking good....... I would up the cardio and clean up the diet and you will lean up in no time !!!

how old are you ? what are you currently doing for training and what is your diet like ?
 
cheers guys,been doing a very different routine for the last 6 weeks,diet is low carbs with carb upevry three days - workout is a 6 day upper followed by lower body split, I have actually reduced the cardio and just kept to high volume intense 35minute workouts with only 20 secs rest between sets!! did four weeks of 8x8 for whole upper then whole lower (calfs actually 8x20) now on to the 6x6 phase and in a few weeks I switch to the 4x12 phase!!
