Hello here we go I am 22 y/o 19% bf 5 foot 11 and 197 lbs. this is my first cycle i start on monday:

Cut strength cycle:
week 1 - 60mcg clen a day and 200mg of deca durabolin
week 2 - 80mcg clen a day and 200mg of deca
week 3 - 100mcg clen a day and 300mg of deca
week 4 - 50mcg cytomel a day and 400mg of deca
week 5 - 50mcg cytomel a day and 400mg of deca
week 6 - 100mcg cytomel a day and 300mg of deca
week 7 - 100mcg cytomel and 60mcg of clen a day and 200mg of deca
week 8 - 80mcg of clen a day and 200mg of deca
week 9 - 100mcg of clen a day thats it

Training:
Day 1-chest and back
superset (1)
bench press 2-3 sets at 15 reps
seated row 2-3 sets at 15 reps
superset (2)
pulldown to front 2-3 sets at 15 reps
incline press 2-3 sets at 15 reps
superset(3)
Cable crossover 2-3 sets at 15 reps
dumbbell pullover 2-3 sets at 15 reps
and cardio 45 mins

Day2:
Legs:
Superset(1)
leg press and lying leg curl at 2-3 sets at 15 reps
superset(2)
seated leg curl & stationary lungeat 2-3 sets at 15 reps
superset(3)
leg extension & seated calf raise at 2-3 sets at 15 reps
and cardio 45 mins

Day3
shoulders and arms:
superset(1)
seated dumbbell press & seated dumbbell curl 2-3 sets at 15 reps
superset(2)
upright row & triceps pressdown at 2-3 sets at 15 reps
superset(3)
standing curl & bench dip at 2-3 sets at 15 reps
and cardio 45 mins
Day4
(off) except cardio

Day5
(off)

day6
start over

Diet::

meal 1-- 10 am
1/2 cup oatmeal (dry)made with water
1/2 cup strawberries
6 egg whites with 1 yolk
and 2 glasses water

meal 2--12 am
1 cup green beans
8 oz chicken breast
and 2 glasses water

meal 3-- 3 pm
tuna sandwich using 6 oz. can of tuna in spring water
2 slices whole wheat bread (organic bread)
1 tbsp fat-free mayo
2 leaves of romaine lettuce
and 2 glasses water

meal4-- 5 pm
protein shake pro complex 55gr with milk
and 2 glasses of water

meal5-- 8 pm
chicken salad with 8 oz chicken breast
2 tbsp. italian dressing
1/2 medium tomato
2 leaves romaine lettuce
1/2 cup broccoli
and banana
2 glasses of water

TOTAL OF 1,959 CALORIES/ 254 G PROTEIN/132 G CARBS/37 G FAT/ AND 20 G FIBER

PLEASE FEEL FREE TO LET ME KNOW ANY THOUGHTS THX EVERYONE SORRY FOR THE LONG POST!!!!!!
 
Where do I start? Not trying to be a dick, but your plans are lacking in information that anyone one this site knows after 4-6 months of reading.
-Your cycle is very high in side effects, and will lead to a loss of muscle mass. Deca is a bad choice for your goals, especially at low doses and by itself. Clen/cytomel stack is a bit dangerous and your doses are excessive. Prepair for some muscle waisting.

-Your routine looks like something out of a bodybuilding magazine (ie disigned to keep you small so you still need to buy the magazines). You need to be training every body part 2, preferably 3 times a week.

-Your diet is crap. You can't do both low carbs and low fat at the same time. You are going to be tired and will lose strength rapidly on this diet, and in turn will lose more muscle mass. Why are you eating fruit when cutting? Where are your EFA's?

Seriously, step back, research more and rethink your plans before you start this.
 
Diet kicks ass bro...as far as the cycle: Don't pyramid that shit. Pick a dose and stick with it. (I'm talkin about the deca, not the clen and T3).

Routine looks solid too bro...you should be good to go.

You're no damn newbie either...you've done your homework, you've joined the ranks of the Iron Game. Now all you gotta do is stick with it, so you can totally kick that newbie title.

Well, I'm assuming he's cutting, so he's ready to lose some muscle mass. One thing you're right about is the clen/cytomel doses...i read it wrong, it looks kinda confusing. And deca might be a poor choice, but I think for muscle sparing it will work fine, although I'd recommend test (as I always do).

I think the diet is good, some people can get by with low carbs and fats...I know I can.

The training looks good to me, I like the alternating push/pull movements...although I would like to see him hitting his shit twice per week, but he's a newbie, that might be a little premature.

I think for being 19% now, he'll lose some considerable fat loss, but like you said, also some considerable muscle loss. I'm assuming he knows this, and is planning on it.
 
Another thing I didn't notice...no squats, deads, dips and pull-ups/chins.

Maybe I jumped the gun on this one:( Although, he still has it planned out better than most.
 
True, but I don't like the idea of losing muscle mass. On those doses of clen/t3 the deca will not spare enough muscle. I'm with you on the test. 400 mg of enathate a week (no tapering up and down) would be a much better choice, an I would cut the t3 off at 37.5-50 mcg. Since he is 19% bf he is probably an endo or a meso-endo, and he probably will not do well on low carbs with low fat.
 
i will run 200mg of deca straight through and t3 at 50mcg straight through and clen i will still pyramid i am using deca to keep some of the muscle gains at the end of cycle

I'd pyramid the T3 also, especially if you've never used it before. And can you get your hands on test? Or do you already have the deca?

Also, throw those exercises I named into your mix somewhere (at the beginnings of your workout days, because they're all heavy compound movements).
 
Thoughts from a girl ........ so take them as you wish :)

1) It is my understanding that T3 needs to be pyramided - especially down. I would think that stopping it cold turkey at 100mcg is going to cause some thyroid issues. I was under the impression that when using T3, you must come off it slowly, by slowly lowering your dose to help the thyroid....

2) You are heavily machine-dependent for all body parts, especially on Leg day. Get away from machines and do some free weights.... machines definately have their place, but shouldn't be the ONLY thing used. If you do a serious workout of Squats and Deadlifts...you'll find no need for all that isolation work (leg extension, leg curl).

3) Maybe re-think the bread and do a Low-Carb Tortilla instead. Also, no need for a banana so late in the day. If you are eating fruit, it probably should be eaten eariler in the day to get a bigger chance to be burned off.

4) I know you are drinking 10 "glasses of water"..... how big are those glasses? What is the total amount for the day? You need to aim for AT LEAST 1 gallon, if not closer to 2 gallons if you are taking Clen and T3.

I dont know about this sub 2000 cal diet.
Thats way too low IMO.
your clen / t3 doses are insane. Personally I would just drop the T3 all together, but if you are definately going to run it, than run it with at least 400 mg of prop.
your deca tapering is giving me a head ache that needs to change, just stick with a dosage. If you plan on running just the T3 and the deca and clen, with that diet and training frequency say goodbye to alot of muscle.

My only gripes are the fruit consumtion. Fruit why fruit has an assload of sugar instead of the fruit up your protein and carb consumption other than a small amount of vitamins fruit contains empty calories. Also the first ingredient in most fat-free mayo's is sugar or cornsyrup also check the sugars in the pro complex I think there pretty good though. Also another little tip try cardio in the am on an empty tank and wait an hour before eating afterwards as well for me it works like a fat inferno.
