Gear:
Week 1-9 175mg NPP MWF
Week 1-9 30mg Anavar ED
Total AAS per week 735mg
I have bromo on hand just incase I get puffy nips from that NPP, however I am not anticipating it would happen. I have a vial of prop and enanthate kicking around just in case I need it for libido, but I would rather not use it. I would rather pop a cialis instead. That said I have never had libido issues and don't think I will need either.
PCT:
HCG 500iu ED for 10 days up until my last dose of anavar.
Nolvadex during that time frame and continuation for 4-6 weeks. Clomid will be used as well -- after all, we all love huge loads, right?
Goals:
To add lean mass while keeping my hairline intact.
Training:
Dual-factor training. A loading phase/volume phase followed by a deloading/intensity phase. The exact setup of this is yet to be determined. Cardio will also be present at 3 times per week. These will likely be HIIT sessions.
Diet: Clean carbohydrates 2.5x bw. Sugar as close to zero as possible (no sugar PWO either). Protein at 1.5 x bw (mostly wholefood sources, 2-3 shakes max). Fats at 0.5 x bw, mostly flax oil and natty peanut butter.
Supplements:
-CoQ10
-Polisocanol
-Niacin
-Multivatiman mineral pack
-Creatine (as huckfinn said it -- creatine plus anavar is like throwing gasoline on a fire)
