Hour later, 2 chicken breasts (touch of ranch dressing on them), serving of risotto.
130PM - beef brisket on wheat bread and baked potato.
I will probably have a protein shake at 4PM.
Then I am grilling a steak tonight to eat while I watch LOST.
Then another protein shake at midnight.
that's it.
I am not training today so my diet slacks.
