Here is what I ordered for lunch, (trying to get back in shape)

Was out of town for a month on business and got fat :(

Ordered From Black Eyed Pea (home cooking place the office orders from, mostly fried stuff is good there)

Pan Seared Rainbow Trout (No Butter please)
Steamed Brocolli
Green Beans

:) how'd I do?

what are you eating?

I had 5oz of tuna w/salsa 2tbs of peanuts and a huge ass glass of water

well this afternoon my meal will be tuna (dry) and 1/3 can of black beans, so don't be too jealous lol.

Have you tried tuna with salsa... doesn't add to much to it and it gives a little taste.
 
230PM right now and today I have already had :

Mouthful of liquid aminos after waking up at 10am. (oh do shut up! Not THAT kind of protein)

Hour later, 2 chicken breasts (touch of ranch dressing on them), serving of risotto.

130PM - beef brisket on wheat bread and baked potato.

I will probably have a protein shake at 4PM.

Then I am grilling a steak tonight to eat while I watch LOST.

Then another protein shake at midnight.

that's it.

I am not training today so my diet slacks.

wow, doesn't seem like very many calories for a 220 lb. guy? how many calories do you average per day, that looks like maybe... 2,000?

Tonight is all you can eat wings at Hooters!

I hit that up each week. 25 is my usual amount, with fries.
 
For lunch (well, meal #2) I had a large salad with 5oz. Louis Kemp Crab Delights and Ranch Dressing. Mmmmmmmmm
 
I never count my calories. So I have no idea how many I take in. I shoot for 2x grams of protein per bodyweight, though slightly less on non-training days. If I lower my protein, I up my carbs a bit. Otherwise I just basically eat every 3 hours depending on how hungry I am.

5 ounces? isn't that like half a coke can almost? you like it drenched don't you! :)

gotcha. you're probably a lot hungrier on training days.

It was 5 ounces of the Crab Delights -- 2 Tblsp of the Ranch Dressing

I never go over 3 hours without eating. Usually it's closer to 2.

We rule!

1: fruit and whey shake
2: eggs on wheat
3: turkey on wheat
4: chicken fingers
5: roast beef on wheat

and its only 3pm :)

bulking is hard work

4 eggs 2 dry wheat toast.
1 cup cottage cheese
Grilled chicken w/ steamed broccoli
Water

This afternoon:
Can of tuna w/ salsa
Golden delicious apple
Peanut butter

Don't know about tonight yet.....
 
1.Protein shake- whey, oats, peanut butter
2. another shake- whey and fish oil
3. 4-5 oz. ham on bagel w/ cheese
4. chicken parm sub
5. shake- whey fish oil
6. in a little bit steak on a sub roll and dbols
i have another 5 or 6+ meals before bed... working tongiht also.. so long day. Day off also, tryin to get in a lot of protein.

Protein shake
6 egg whites with hot sauce and a little cheese
Protein shake
Dose of DNP
2 chicken tits w/romaine lettuce and cheese
A handful of peanuts

how long u running dnp? and at what dose? looks like 600mgs
 
gab how is the DNP treating you? i am running a clen cycle right now at about 200mcg-300mcg's a day. I am either thinking about getting another cycle of clen going because my supply is almost out, or do you think that a DNP cycle would be more effective? Im not that high of BF% i would est. 10% but i want to be cut up...what do you think?
