People talk about Life Extension and Longevity in the abstract. I'm living it.
At 63 I'm reaping every smart and stupid thing I did to my body.
The positives are that I've always worked out ... probably too much.
I've always read a lot and tried to improve my diet.
Plus ... there is genetic longevity on both sides.
And now there are HRT and cycles to help.
The negatives are ....
My diet was terrible during my growing years because we just didn't know.
Way too much fried this and that ... way too much red meat. I started make improvements after 20.
And obviously ... too many sun burns trying to get that California look. Every year I have a repair made. The good news is I am brought back to 100% health each time.
All I can say is ... Stay current with science and take advantage of each finding. Keep a balance in your training, diet and recovery. Love more than hate.
