here is my diet

I'll begin by saying I workout at 7a.m. and work from 10 till 6p.m.

After every workout I eat a Nitro-tech bar on the ride home

As soon as I get home I drink a Meso-tech shake

15 minutes to a half hour later I eat 4 eggs along with a 100%whey protien shake(20g protien and 120 calories)

Two hours into my work shift, 12 noon, I drink another 100%whey shake

Half way through my shift, 2p.m., I eat a big juicy hamburger and some potatoes along with another 100% whey shake

One hour before I leave work, 5p.m., I drink another 100% whey shake

On the drive home from work I eat another Nitro-tech bar

Between 7 and 9p.m. I eat either a steak or another hamburger

Before lights out I eat a peanut butter sandwich and drink yet another 100% whey shake


I wish that i had time to eat more meals but I don't, with work it's hard to. This diet has also allowed me to gain 25 extra pounds. And I am not an easy wieght gainer. If there is any advice out there, please send it my way.

well before i can give u any info i need your daily calorie intake. Your bmr (body metabolic rate) and daily calorie needs!

It's actually hard to sit here and go over your acual diet and say wether or not youre eating too much of one thing or another. I shouldn;t have really told you to post your diet, what i should have done was just say this.....

Take your bodyweight (Lean mass I'd say) and times it by about 16 and eat that many calories per day at a 40%30%30% ratio of protein carbs and fat respectively. As for the carbs, try and keep them to low GI sources, except for post workout, in which case hi GI would be good to quickly get nutrients into your muscles. You don't want to be having hi insulin levels all day otherwise you're going to bes toring a ton of fat that you take in through your diet. Try and keep fat sources to good sources, dont go crazy with the staurated fats and such.

I'd also say definately take a look at Mr.X's bulking up basics, the stickies at the top of the page have a link to massmonsters.com (you have to register for free, just like here) and you can find the article there.
 
I think your entirely too dependant on whey shakes and Muscletech products. So, you workout, eat a NitroTech bar...few minutes late Drink a MesoTech Shake...then 15 mins later your having eggs and another whey shake? I know your bulking, but there are easier more cost effective ways IMO.
