But, its up to you whether or not you want to take such a high amount.

Actually, that's the part I should've mentioned. I never finished. We did it 2 times that night, and once in the morning, and I wore her out we went for so damn long. dimethylglycine......(DMG)....and and why question marks with the arginine? I know 5 grams is a lot but in effervescent, thats all there is. GNC used to make an eff. arginine at about 2.5 grams but it tasted like crap and they don't make it any more.

Yohimbe from GNC 3 times a day worked for me. Of course it took about 2 days for it to really kick in. I would be hard as a rock, and ready to go again. Also middle of the nite wood as well as in the morning. GF didn't like how hard it was so got off of it. Of course i do take it here and there.
