herbal anti-e?

Odd question, but I'm looking for good herbal anti e's. I know nothing can compete with arimidex etc...

If you are on test, and there are no chemical anti-e's like arimidex, nolva, etc. left in the world, what herbal anti-e would you go for?

chyrsin would help some. But what your going to get out of it won't even compare with arimidex or nolvadex.

Some people say they like vitex, or chyrsin as khadar said. Most of the OTC estrogen supps you find will not do much of anything and if your getting sides from AAS or worried about them then I would look for liquidex, arimadex, nolvadex, etc. If your just using an over the counter prohormone or something then maybe taking the herbal anti-e's could help a little(because then your dealing with a much weaker compound), but you shouldnt even need them.

There was a pretty long thread on here a while ago about taking zinc at 100 to 150mg a day while on cycle. Its supposed to act as an anti aromataze. Ive been doing it for 4 weeks now on a tren and test cycle. Tren 100mg EOD and Test Cyp 200MG a week. I dont have any signs of gyno or water retention. Though I do have to admit, wether related or not, I think Im having prostate issues due to the Tren.

i do the zinc post cycle 100-150mg a day and 50mg during the cycle.
