when you change up a workout or strain tremendously it can flare up your hemmorhoids.. also eating more food will cause you to strain more cause you are shitting more.. usually this takes a few weeks to subside.. you can use a sitz bath daily along with cream

if they get really bad you should do a 3-4 day water fast so you slow down your bowel movements to give the anus a chance to relax.
 
IF you're running test to add size and IF you're increasing your calories then you are likely shitting more.

This is just a guess cuz you haven't told us why you're running test.

THIS is why you need to eat the "right" foods and do whatever is necessary to keep your digestion on point.
