hemmorhoids & IBS

Hi. Does anyone else have hemmorhoids? Also do you have a hard time sitting down or recieving handjobs? I admit i think i have had them. I believe it was from not eating right. I also hear you can get them by lifting. Anyone know? Any help would be appreciated. I also have a desire to be a pro wrestler and i know that requires alot of straining and takes a toll on the human anatomy. If anyone else has them please tell me your experience. I would really like to know more about it. Thanks.
 
oh dear, u need to get some ABSORBINE JR..and apply it liberally to your hemmorhoids...that will help tremendously:)
 
OH my gosh, dont put absorbine Jr on there....i did that to my brother when he was 3 and i dont know if he can have kids now..poor thing

Yeah, absorbine is a little rough. Sterilize with a cotton ball soaked in alcohol, followed by a liberal dusting with salt.

go see a doc if they are symptomatic....they can be treated but if you are prone to them there isnt much you can do

they can be sclerosed or ablated if i remember...stool softners can also help i think
 
It can definitely be caused from the stress brought on from straining to lift weights. Along with various ointments to appy, you could try adding a fiber supplement to your diet. That should help a great deal as well, or maybe quit doing squats...lol
 
Preperation H works a treat. Also, try squatting when ur taking a dump, that way it doesnt put as much pressure on your ring piece. Fiber is a good idea. Try a softer toilet roll and change ur duds more often.
 
The hemorrhoids are part of the veined system of the inferior members, when they are altered, would be formed a pathological dilation of the same, painful and times necrotizante that needs surgery.

the treatment is similar of the varixes of the inferior members:
Glyvenol, Flavol, etc. low diet in spicy and high in fiber, and possibly local bathrooms of vapor.

welcome to my world, first thing to do is change your diet, gallon of water/day, quaker old fashioned oats every morning, long grain brown rice is your new staple carb, kashi and potatos not bad either, broccoli is a must, fruits and vegatables with every meal, refined flours and sugar out as well as sodium, bananas, white rice and eggs are constipatory, bread i dont eat anymore nor non whole wheat pasta, flaxseed oil i consider essential, also try surfak, otc, listed as a laxative but you can use it indefinitely unlike other laxatives, draws water into the stool, i personally can only handle 3-4 meals/day since my digestive system revolted

now to the hems, dont worry theyre not that big of a deal, yes you can get them from lifting, most probably from holding your breath when you exert yourself but just watch how youre straining when you lift, and dont strain on the toilet, dont spend too much time sitting there either, you need to bear down a little for the bowel movement but not much at all, as for hem removal, unless its internal which is rare there is no need for lasers or scalpels, the hemorrhoidal ligature is simply dropping a rubber band around the base and in a few days it will drop off with your bowel movement, virtually painless and youll feel like a new person
