Anyone know of a good drink or food very high in calories .. As trying to consume 6000 a day as finding very hard to gain wieght and muscle aftr year trainnig .. Also are these legal oral tablets anygood or are they just fakes and vitamins .....? :)

My advice is not to get calorie from drink, you need to drink lots of pure water everyday. no soft drinks at all. Make a food log and calculate your calorie intake from good food source.
 
6ft tall weigh ten stone .. Benching 60kg and squating 30kg all 3 sets of ten .. I have been going gym for year and had a tiny bit of muscle gain but not much ..
I want to gain a bit of size but mainly muscle and definition as i skinny anyway .. .. Workcout suggestions would be appriciated :) high reps low reps ? Its so confusing

you been working out a year and only bench 135 pounds for 10???

i wish you lived near me to come work out with me man. there is no way your workouts are even close to where they should be. not sure what you are doing but you are doing it wrong.

read my bulker and workout routine in my signature below. do that for the next 6 months and you will improve greatly.
 
^This. You should train with maximum intensity, go in there just to workout and get out. If you aren't making progress weekly/monthly you need to change something.. Also you're benching more than you're squatting.. Do NOT neglect legs like that. Stick to good compound movements Squat/bench/deadlifts/rows/some sort of overhead press.
 
Should i do others too lke arms ect ..or just stick to doig compound lifts for a while
