this will be my first time really getting serious to lose weight I plan to go into a competition if I look good-- 1, I am 320lbs ,when I get down what do I do with all the skin that will be loose on me --second will it be advisable to start off using clen to give me a kick start. I have a nutritionist but does not believe ln drugs as I do , please help me
 
Well first off, have you been lifting? Like is all of that just fat or is it muscle with fat covering it. This will make a large difference in your plan. Oh, and I would love to have your fucking calves man.
 
I do lift, 6 days a week I also have done 2 cycles before recently, I am pretty big alot of guys come up to me and say that i am huge but I have no shape i need to diet and pick up the reps also
 
So whats your current workout? Like sets, reps, exercises, etc.

Plus, just look around this boards for a diet. there are tons to choose from.
 
thats not my question, I was wondering if I should start my diet with clenbuterol
 
strict diet + cardio + clen = fat loss

clen will give you a good kick in the a** (to do cardio) and increase your metabolism
