So idk what is wrong w/ me but everytime i go back to working out. My body shuts down, i have no energy. I go to the gym and push through it but after i work out i just feel like sleeping and not doing anything. Now when im not working out im perfectly fine. Idk if its the gym ( getting sick all the time) from the germs and what not. My sex drive is perfectly fine most of the time. There are occasions where its not there but thats rare. Im eating somewhere between 5000-6000 cals a day and work out 4 times a week. I sleep for 6-8 hours. So i know its not lack of food, sleep or over training.

Im only 20 so idk what could be the problem. Im going to get some blood work done to see if my test levels are down.

I hope i dont need to go on HRT at such a young age.

Any opinions?

Justwait until the blood work comes back. May not be low test.

no over training, i have a very simple PL/bb hybrid work out.

I have decided its lack of sugar in my diet. I eat something sweet everyother day and im fine.
