Does anyone have knowledge of a doctor in the Atlanta, GA area that has a lot of knowledge of dealing with people with HIV that is open with steroid therapy?

I'll try and help you out, I know of quite a few west coast doctors, I'll call a few and see if they have any references I can pass along.
